Shipping Method

We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). After your payment is verified and processed, it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Once it's shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the location to which the order is being shipped. Our shipping charges are determined by the rates provided by USPS. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Domestic Shipping

For orders within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the location. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times can vary.

Regional Variations

Please be aware that shipping costs may vary depending on your location within the United States. Some regions may have higher shipping rates due to the policies of our shipping provider.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the USPS website.

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or uncontrollable events. However, we will always work to ensure a fast and smooth delivery.

Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, Please contact our Customer service at info@darecliff.com to get the return address.
